Torquay Group has confirmed the acquisition of CCTV and specialist electrical solutions provider P&D Specialist Services.
P&D Specialist Services specialises in providing services for the highways and infrastructure sectors, with Torquay aiming to strengthen its capability to deliver fully integrated solutions across traffic management, infrastructure projects, and public safety.
From initial site surveys and design through to installation, monitoring, and 24/7 maintenance, P&D is a partner to contractors, local authorities, and national highways schemes.
Its portfolio extends beyond highways into permanent safety camera systems, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, festive lighting, and specialist heat detection technology.
