Public electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure investor Zest is working with the Kennedy Centre to deliver new EV charging facilities.
Kennedy Centre operates as a retail and leisure destination in West Belfast, with EV charging now live at the utilising six 120 kW ultra-rapid charging bays available to drivers.
Under the partnership, Zest funds, deploys, and operates the charging infrastructure.
It follows deployments at Metrocentre in Gateshead, Merry Hill in the West Midlands and Frenchgate in Doncaster, as well as at Time Square in Warrington and Chantry Place in Norwich.
CEO of Zest, Robin Heap, said: “As a popular, forward-thinking destination at the heart of its community, the Kennedy Centre plays a vital role in making the switch to electric easier for drivers.
“By deploying reliable ultra-rapid charging at the places people already visit to shop, eat and spend time, Zest is making charging convenient and accessible, helping accelerate EV adoption and deliver cleaner air for local communities.”
