Transport for Wales (TfW) has selected a new provider to support its public transport operations.
Snapper Services’ Mosaiq Transit Intelligence Suite has been selected by TfW for a national deployment to support public transport operations across Wales.
The deployment will enable TfW to better analyse operational data, helping inform ongoing network improvements and decision-making.
Snapper Services said the partnership represents a significant step toward more responsive, evidence-led public transport planning, and a model for how data can drive smarter services at a national scale.
Executive director for regional transport and integration at Transport for Wales, Lee Robinson, said: “We are looking forward to working with Snapper Services and digging into some of our data to help inform better public transport solutions for people in Wales.”
